1. General Policy
All PKGD Tours experiences require advance planning and commitments with third-party
providers. This policy protects both the guest and PKGD Tours.
2. Cancellations by the Guest
Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.
• More than 60 days before the tour start date → Full refund (minus non-refundable fees)
• Between 60 and 40 days before the tour start date → 40% refund
• Less than 40 days before the tour start date → No refund
3. Arrival Day, No-Shows & Early Departures
The first day is reserved for arrival and check-in. Tour activities begin the following day. Failure to
arrive or early departure is non-refundable.
4. Guest Conduct
Guests removed for unsafe or disruptive behavior are not eligible for refunds.
5. Cancellations by PKGD Tours
If PKGD Tours cancels due to force majeure or operational reasons, guests may choose a refund
or reschedule.
6. Force Majeure
PKGD Tours is not responsible for events beyond its control.
7. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
