PKGD Tours Terms & Conditions

  1. Acceptance of Terms: 

By booking or participating in any PKGD Tours experience ("Tour"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

  1. Eligibility & Age Requirement:

All participants must be 21 years of age or older due to the nature of the experience, which may include alcoholic beverage tastings. Valid government-issued identification may be required.

  1. Booking & Payment:

A reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or the agreed deposit. Prices are quoted per person in USD (unless otherwise specified in the invoice) and include single-occupancy accommodations. Guests who wish to share a room with a partner, friend, or family member may request shared accommodations at an additional cost, subject to availability. PKGD Tours reserves the right to adjust pricing prior to confirmation.

  1. What's Included:

  • Included: lodging, private transportation, guided visits to distilleries and producer-owned facilities, tastings and scheduled meals.

  • Not included: alcoholic beverages outside scheduled tastings, personal purchases, optional activities, and international shipping of spirits.

  1. Purchases & International Shipping of Spirits:

Guests may purchase bottles directly from producers; however, purchases are optional. PKGD Tours does not guarantee international shipping. All shipping, customs regulations, duties, taxes, and import laws are the sole responsibility of the guest and the producer or carrier involved

  1. Itinerary Changes:

PKGD Tours reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather, availability, safety concerns, or operational needs, while preserving the overall quality and intent of the experience

  1. Alcohol Consumption Policy:

Participation in tastings is always optional. Guests are never required to consume alcohol. Participants assume full responsibility for their behavior. PKGD Tours may refuse service or remove any participant whose behavior poses a risk, without refund.

  1. Physical Activity & Experience Expectations:

Participants should be comfortable walking short distances, standing for extended periods, and navigating rural or uneven terrain. Experiences involve light physical activity typical of distillery visits

  1. Health, Safety & Assumption of Risk:

Travel involves inherent risks, including transportation, physical activity, rural settings, and alcohol consumption. Guests voluntarily assume all such risks.

  1. Travel Insurance:

Guests are strongly encouraged to carry comprehensive travel insurance. PKGD Tours may offer or recommend Allianz Travel Insurance, but final responsibility remains with the participant.

  1. Transportation & Third-Party Providers:

PKGD Tours works with independent transportation companies, lodging providers, producers, and guides, and is not responsible for acts or omissions of third parties.

  1. Accommodations:

Some accommodations may include private homes or family-owned properties. Guests agree to respect property rules, including check-out times, and assume responsibility for damages caused

  1. Cancellations & Refunds:

Cancellations and refunds are governed by the PKGD Tours Cancellation & Refund Policy, incorporated herein by reference.

  1. Force Majeure:

PKGD Tours is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond its control, including natural disasters, government actions, strikes, or public health emergencies.

  1. Photography & Media Release:

Guests grant PKGD Tours permission to use photographs or videos taken during the tour for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.

  1. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, guests release, indemnify, and hold harmless PKGD Tours from claims arising from their participation or conduct

  1. Governing Law & Jurisdiction:

"These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Jalisco, Mexico. In the event of any conflict or discrepancy between the English and Spanish versions of these Terms, the English/ español version shall prevail." 

  1. Signature & Agreement : 

By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
